"Pretty comfy ride"
Ride’s smooth. Seats still feel good after an hour or two. Some road noise on rough pavement, but overall, it’s comfier than I expected.

"Good value, but my trust has slipped a bit"
I’d probably give Ford around 4 stars. The price felt reasonable compared to a few other brands I looked at, and the car came with most of the features I actually wanted without making me pay a ridiculous amount extra. Fuel use has been decent too, which I appreciate. That said, some of the options still feel overpriced, and little things like that do chip away at my trust a bit. Overall, I still feel like I got good value for the money, but I’m not as fully confident in the brand as I hoped I’d be.

The truck actually showed up on time, which I appreciated. I’ve had my trust worn down a bit by companies making promises and then showing up late or creating problems, so I was waiting for something to go wrong. But this was easy and hassle-free from start to finish

I was checking out trucks on ford.com and it was simple to use. The menus actually made sense, so I didn’t have to click around forever trying to find stuff. The build and price tool worked smoothly on my phone too, which was nice. Pages loaded quickly, and I could literally find dealer info without any hassle.

I’ve been driving my Ford for a few months now, and it’s turned into one of those cars that just makes everyday driving feel easy. It has nice pickup when I need it, feels steady on the highway, and the steering is really simple to get used to. The ride can be a little stiff when the roads get rough, but it hasn’t bothered me too much. Overall, I’m happy with it, it feels like a dependable choice that fits into my routine well.

"Pretty solid on gas"
I got my Ford mostly for work driving, and the fuel economy has been better than I figured it would be. I’m doing a bit of highway and city driving, and I’m definitely not stopping for gas as often as I was with my old car. The MPG on the dash seems to be close to what I’m actually getting too, as far as I can tell. Nothing too fancy to add, it just saves me money week to week, and that’s good enough for me. Easy 5 stars

I’ll give them credit where it’s due, the prices were mostly laid out upfront, which I appreciated. That said, I still had to look around a bit to catch the dealer fees, and I wish those were easier to spot right away.

I used ford.com to look at financing options before heading to the dealer, and overall it was easy to use. I liked being able to get a rough idea of monthly payments without having to call or talk to anyone first. That said, a few pages were slow to load, and I was a little annoyed that the communication around extra fees wasn’t clearer upfront. The numbers changed once I got to the dealer and those fees were added, which was frustrating. Still, it did help me feel more prepared and less confused about the loan process.

In my experience, they did a really solid job on my truck. It came back running smooth, and the paint match looked right to me. It did take a little longer than I expected, but overall I thought the repair work was really good.
